Another 20 people were killed in the second round of device explosions in Lebanon

After the pager (wireless communication device) detonation in Lebanon, another explosion occurred. At least 20 people have been killed and more than 450 injured due to the explosion of various types of wireless communication devices, including walkie-talkies, according to the country's Ministry of Health. On Wednesday, explosions occurred in the streets of southern Lebanon and in the suburbs of Beirut, used by the armed group Hezbollah. The locations where the blasts took place are seen as Hezbollah strongholds. The previous day on Tuesday, 12 people, including two children, were killed and thousands of people were injured in the simultaneous explosion of thousands of pagers used by Hezbollah fighters. There were some explosions during the funeral of some of those killed in that blast. Although Hezbollah blamed Israel for Tuesday's attack, Israel has not yet made any official comment on the Lebanese explosion.
